Happy weekend friends.
White and natural is the theme today.
Today is Global Food Revolution Day.
I was going to do this next post about food and thought
it was an awesome coincidence when I saw Heather Bullard Facebook post
yesterday about it. Thanks Heather!!! Perfecto!

Be sure and mark down all the new vendors I am going to post about
today. I bought some new kitchen accessories,
this round carrera marble cheese/bread board it my favorite so far!
It came with a glass dome that reads Fromage on it.
Check out a la maison's website and be sure to visit their store if you
are in the area. Gorgeous finds.
I have fun things to share about them soon.
My window herb garden is doing very well and I enjoy using fresh herbs
when I cook. I have a bunch of these
old terra cotta pots around my garden. They have a great patina.
Vintagweave is one of the best antique boutiques to visit in Los Angeles.
Kathy Delgado is a charming, well educated, owner and entrepreneur
of all things French. She knows her stuff. Check out her website
I purchased this new, yellow, French pepper grinder (ala maison) and this cute
little Fleur DE Sel (Vintageweave) to hold my salt, so I can easily pinch my desired
amount when I cook.
Love me some glass milk bottles!!!
I use these sometimes as decanters for my wine
and pellegrino.
I bought a set of these Eau Miner ale
glasses from the beautiful Claire Feinberg
Amazing store!!!
You need to visit their website and boutique if you are in the area.
More to come on them.
I can eat olives by the jar, and usually do. Yum. This
Vietri olive holder is from Lets Get Cookin!
My culinary school. Phylis offers some of the
best cooking classes around, taught by talented chefs.
I have been collecting French trivets to use as chargers.
I did not have time to set a whole table, but when you use
trivets in place of plain old chargers it can make a statement.
French trivets from Vintageweave
I had to share one of my favorite old things.
My pink trash can. Need I say more???
Here is a shot of the double mantel I added in the kitchen, which will
soon find a new home. In its place we will be adding a built-in.
That's all folks!!!
I hope you enjoyed shots from around my kitchen and
some of my new cuties.
Be sure and visits those sites.
You won't leave empty handed.
Have a yummy day.
Cheers to real food!!!
